We are a group of people who believe and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ for forgiveness of all the wrong things in our lives and hearts, for spiritual life in relationship with our loving, living God and a home in heaven. We come together to worship God, praising him through song and prayer; to learn of him through the Bible and the experiences he gives us; to grow in faith in response to his unwavering faithfulness to us; to encourage each other in friendship and to help others. We have varied backgrounds, come from different cultures and races and have a wide mix of ages.

It doesn’t matter if this will be your first time in a church, if you are visiting while in the area, or if you are seeking a new church family, you will be very welcome.

Datchet Baptist Church is just a small part of the worldwide Christian Church. Baptists form one of the largest families of Christian faith and are found in nearly every country. Each local Baptist church is self-governing and self-supporting ranging in size from twenty or so up to many hundreds. Baptists have always believed in associating with each other, and Datchet Baptist Church belongs to the Southern Counties Baptist Association and the Baptist Union of Great Britain. We work closely with Christians from other traditions through Churches Together in Datchet and we are members of the Evangelical Alliance.
