Music
is a wonderful way of praising our God.
During
the services we use a variety of songs and hymns as expressions of
praise. These come from a mixture of sources, mainly ‘Songs of Fellowship’
and ‘Baptist Praise and Worship’ but also 'Spring Harvest' and ‘The Source’.
Singing is usually accompanied by piano or organ except on the 1st
and 3rd Sunday mornings of the month when the music group play. At
present the music group consists of a drummer, acoustic guitarist,
flutist and a choice or pianists/organists.
Praise the LORD with the harp;
make music to him on the ten-stringed lyre.
Sing to him a new song;
play skilfully, and shout for joy.
Psalm 33 v 2 - 3
